Vehicle Eligibility

Owners must ensure vehicles:

• are legally registered

• are insured

• are mechanically safe

• have no active safety recalls

Vehicle Listing Accuracy

Owners must provide accurate information including:

• vehicle make

• model

• year

• mileage

• condition

Misrepresentation may result in removal.

Insurance Responsibility

Owners must maintain:

• valid auto insurance

• required commercial coverage where applicable

Vehicle Maintenance

Owners are responsible for:

• mechanical safety

• maintenance

• recalls

• inspections

The platform does not inspect vehicles.

Compliance with Financing Agreements

Owners must ensure that listing vehicles does not violate lease or loan agreements.

Indemnification

Owners agree to indemnify RideshareRenter LLC from any claims arising from:

• vehicle defects

• mechanical failures

• accidents

• unsafe vehicles
