DRIVER VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT

This agreement governs the rental of vehicles listed on RideshareRenter.com.

This agreement is between:

Vehicle Owner ("Owner")
and
Driver ("Renter")

RideshareRenter LLC acts only as a platform intermediary.

Driver Requirements

Drivers must:

• possess a valid driver’s license

• meet rideshare platform eligibility

• maintain insurance

• comply with all traffic laws

Vehicle Use

Drivers may only use the vehicle for:

• rideshare driving

• lawful transportation

• personal travel consistent with agreement

Drivers may NOT:

• allow unauthorized drivers

• engage in illegal activity

• transport illegal substances

• use the vehicle for racing or reckless driving

Vehicle Condition

Drivers must:

• inspect the vehicle before use

• document pre-existing damage

• return vehicle in same condition

Drivers are financially responsible for damage occurring during the rental period.

Accidents & Damage

Drivers must immediately report:

• collisions

• mechanical issues

• vandalism

• theft

Failure to report incidents may result in full financial liability.

Vehicle Theft

Failure to return a vehicle may result in:

• police theft reports

• repossession

• recovery fees

• criminal prosecution

Insurance Responsibility

Drivers are responsible for maintaining:

• rideshare insurance

• personal auto insurance

• liability coverage required by law

Indemnification

Drivers agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

• the vehicle owner

• RideshareRenter LLC

• affiliates and employees

from any claims related to vehicle use.
